Service Description

This course focuses on developing clear, consistent, and authentic communication skills that strengthen trust in professional and team-based environments. Students will explore how communication style, listening, transparency, and follow-through influence credibility and long-term relationships. The class covers practical techniques for building rapport, setting expectations, navigating misunderstandings, and communicating with integrity during everyday interactions and challenging situations. By the end of the course, students will gain tools to communicate with confidence, foster psychological safety, and build trust with clients, colleagues, and teams.
